TERMS OF USE
- Check-In and Check-Out Times – Standard check-out time is as from 10 am and check-in time is as from 12 noon.
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges. For cancellations made less than 3 days prior, a one-night retention fee will apply.
- General Reservation Policies – Unless otherwise stated in your Reservation Confirmation, all standard hotel and hospitality industry policies will apply.
OTHER STANDARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- In-Room Gatherings – Parties or gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests. The hotel reserves the right to request the removal of any unauthorized occupants.
- Non-Transferable Bookings – Reservations are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to other individuals.
- No-Show Policy – In the event of a no-show, a one-night room charge (including applicable taxes) will be applied.
- Guest Conduct – The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to vacate the premises due to unacceptable behavior, violation of hotel policies, or health, safety, or security concerns. This includes failure to follow staff instructions, engaging in harassment or discriminatory behavior, or endangering others.
- Health and Safety Compliance – Guests must comply with all hotel safety, health, and security guidelines during their stay.
- Special Offers – If your booking includes a promotional offer, the terms of that offer will take precedence in case of any conflict with standard terms.
- Outside Food and Beverages – For hygiene and safety reasons, outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises.
- Takeaway Food Liability – The hotel is not responsible for the condition or safety of food taken off the premises after events or for private consumption.
- Billing Discrepancies – In the event of any disagreement regarding the final bill, the terms stated on the actual invoice will be considered final.
- Guest Hygiene & Conduct – Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and follow all hygiene and safety guidelines provided by the hotel. Any violations are the guest’s responsibility.
- Hotel Property Care – Guests are kindly requested to respect and take care of hotel property. Charges may apply for any damage or loss caused, whether to movable or immovable items.
- Allergies & Sensitivities – If you have any allergies or sensitivities (e.g. to food, fabrics, or cleaning products), please inform the hotel in advance of your arrival so appropriate arrangements can be made.
- Valuables & Safety Deposit – A personal safety deposit box is available in your room. The hotel can also store valuables upon request. A small fee may apply for this service.
- High-Value Items – Please inform the hotel in advance if you wish to store items of exceptional value. The hotel reserves the right to decline storage of such items.
- Loss of Personal Belongings – While we strive to provide a secure environment, the hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or misplacement of personal items caused by guest negligence.
- Lost and Found Policy – Lost property is securely stored for up to 3 months. After this period, items may be donated to charity or safely discarded. Perishable items are disposed of at the end of the business day on which they were found.
- Item Collection – Guests may collect lost items in person with valid ID. Alternatively, postage can be arranged at the guest’s own expense.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions – SVH reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Please refer to the website for the most recent version.
- Force Majeure Disclaimer – While we make every effort to ensure your experience is enjoyable, the hotel is not responsible for any delays, damages, financial loss, injury, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:
- Flight cancellations or delays
- Natural disasters
- Civil unrest or strikes
- Government actions
- Mechanical failures or utility disruptions
- Terrorism, war, or Acts of God
